Saved requests and presets
New signed-in tone jobs save your submitted prompt, signal settings and validated proposal so you can inspect or reuse them later. Original generated SYX files are retained with the job. Service administrators can inspect these jobs and download the saved originals; other users cannot.
Authenticated history defaults to 30 days. You may select a shorter limit in My jobs, which can permanently remove older jobs and files. Expired or previously unsaved details cannot be recovered. Do not include passwords, credentials or other private information in tone prompts.
Processing and temporary files
Tone generation sends your request and required context to the configured model provider. The job-inspection feature saves the validated proposal, not raw model responses. Original uploaded audio and file paths are not added to job history. Anonymous exports and WAV/IR previews use separate short-lived, one-time downloads.
Operational logs record job identifiers and lifecycle information, not prompt text, passwords or generated file contents.
Accounts and deployment separation
Account storage contains your username, email and a password hash. Sessions and invitation/reset credentials are stored as token hashes. Password recovery is administrator-mediated; this service does not send recovery emails.
Local development accounts and state are separate from any future production deployment. Private administrator summary links still require administrator sign-in and do not grant access to original prompts, proposals or files.
